Daily Duties at Antonelli College:
- Lead, motivate, coach, mentor and train the Admission Team. - Provide oversight of the Admission Department and overall operation of the West Chester Campus. - Conduct interviews to qualify candidates and to explain the academic programs. - Carefully assess all prospective students to ensure they had the support, potential, traits, characteristics, and met the admissions criteria to qualify for admission consideration - Forecast team goals and develop action plans. - Coordinate new student orientation. - Monitor daily inquiry activities to ensure that prospective student inquiries were reported and logged properly. - Monitor all daily/weekly admissions activities to ensure consistent reporting for statistical purposes and compliance. - P and L management oversaw budget for the West Chester Campus - Promote the college through community events, career fairs and public relation contacts. - Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success. - Responsible for performance management to include: coaching and feedback, performance reviews, and performance related discipline
