Daily Duties at State Farm Insurance:
In this role, I was expected to handle automobile injury claims from personal lines insurance. I actually handled all aspects of automobile injury claims during this time, which included liability investigations, property damage evaluations, injury evaluations, injury negotiations, handling of litigation due to injury claims which did not settle, meeting with insureds and claimants, dealing with vendors, company attorneys and outside attorneys, managing expenses, training new claim representatives, and training fellow associates computer use and some claims subjects. I worked for a Superintendent, and we had eight team members, including myself. Six of the team members were Claim Representatives and two were support staff.
