Daily Duties at State Farm Insurance:
In this role, I was expected to handle automobile property damage claims from personal lines insurance. I actually handled all aspects of automobile property damage claims during this time, which included liability investigations, property damage evaluations, arbitrations, meeting with insureds and claimants, dealing with vendors, managing expenses, training new claim representatives, and training fellow associates computer use and some claims subjects. I worked for a Property Damage Supervisor, and we had seven team members, including myself. Six of the team members were Claim Representatives and one was support staff.
