Led a team of 55 employees in 1st and 2nd shift performing order entry, incoming inspection, repair and recertification, and final inspection of exciters, harnesses, leads, controllers, plugs, and speed sensors. Provided world class service as a one-stop shop for 500+ customers worldwide.
