Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

 Perform payment processing  Ensure Accounts Receivable are accurately calculated in the monthly financial statements  Reviews and approves cash receipt batches for accuracy  Reconciling revenue accounts and receivable accounts including contractual allowance and bad debt reserves  Ensure the Revenue process is accurate and in the correct time period, fed into the ledger, with reconciliations needed to substantiate the amounts and time periods posted  Utilize Financial Information Systems  Facilitate training on new policies and procedures  Handled call escalations in addition to reviewing and Analyzing reports  Managed a team of fifteen associates  Accepts credit card payments over the phone.  Responds to and assists members concerning their bill and payments.  Prepares and deposits checks received by mail in a timely manner.  Inputs payments into the computer system as received.  Posts payments into the system within the established timeframe  Performs routine account analysis and audits accounts to determine appropriate action required  Utilize Spreadsheet software
