Brought on board to shape role of lead global implementation program manager (LGIPM) for growing partner management business unit, while guiding 20 project managers into lead implementation manager succession. Provided guidance in strategic planning, best practices implementation, and continuous improvement. Cultivated and maintained alliances with VP, SVP, and internal management. Controlled $45M operating budget.
