Daily Duties at Mount Sinai Comprehensive Health Program Downtown :
• Analyze patients’ medical chart in audit readiness to ensure compliance with NYS DOH database and funding source contractual requirements. • Gather and enter data for The AIDS Institute- NYS DOH Reporting Systems: AIRS & eShare. • Act as a liaison to hospital administration, faculty and city wide organizations. • Coordinate operational activities, accomplish directives and facilitate problem resolutions. • Assist in hiring, complete performance appraisals, motivate, coach and supervise Care Coordination staff. • Analyze and offer management problem resolutions pertaining to personnel workflow disputes. • Promote recruitment and retention of Care Coordination participants.
