Daily Duties at Hines:

Management of day-to-day operations of 1,250,000 square feet of Class A commercial office property. Daily activities included supervision of all engineering, cleaning, repair, construction, security, and bookkeeping activities. Responsibilities also include tenant relations, investor/owner relations, budget preparation, financial reporting, leasing, and contract administration. Properties managed included Bank of America Center, Thirty Forty Post Oak, 2929 Briarpark, and 5100 Southwest Freeway.
