• Provided support to Operational Testing for all Joint and Marine Corps specific Programs of Record (POR). • Prepared Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) to include reserving, committing, obligating, and de-obligating and disbursements through the accounting system. • Tracked comptroller sub-allocation processes used by management agencies. • Updated and maintain daily funds reallocations and release and withdrawal request. • Processed below threshold reprogrammings (BTR), maintained a BTR actions tracker and BTR authority. • Generated monthly reconciliation reports between the database and PBAS. • Analyzed daily funding profile and real time allotment reports to ensure funds balanced within allocations. • Researched, analyzed, and collected accounting and historical data to prepare a Budget Execution Review. • Validated, analyzed, and verified agencies’ actual obligations and expenditures. • Cleared un-liquidated obligations. • Ensured Financial Management Regulation (FMR), Government Accountability Office (GAO), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) guidance is met. • Provided execution and analysis of Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT/E) and Procurement funds.
