• Provided all facets of financial management support to the Government Vehicle Financial Manager (VFM) of the British Aerospace and defense (BAE) contract ($2.5B contract). • Maintained all contract spreadsheets and documents, meetings, and various ad hoc requirements as they arise. • Initiated and completed funding packages to fund Electronic Funding Action Requests (EFARs) for high priority vehicle contract modifications. • Completed product update trackers for each signed modification of the contract to include updating and maintaining the Contract Binder Summary (CBS), Delivery Order Summary (DOSum), Clin Summary, Invoice Summary, and EFAR Tracker reports. • Provided assistance with and completed weekly status reports to the Director of Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicles (MRAP) Business and Financial Management (BFM) on the status of the GDLS contract which includes the amounts funded, obligated, invoiced and paid on the contract.
