Daily Duties at Tpmc Realty Corp.:
Management of construction and capital improvement projects for all Houston assets, which included Park Towers, 700 Rusk, and Edwards Grand Palace Theater. Responsibilities included design management, general contractor selection, bid process management and analysis, daily construction activity oversight, invoice and change order reconciliation and processing, and tenant move-in scheduling. Also supervised a property management operations and engineering staff consisting of 20 employees.
