• Provided financial management support to the Resource, Evaluation, and Analysis (REA) government team. • Responsible for creating and delivering metrics measuring the 7 'Deadly Sins' (Abnormal financial conditions) to the DFM. • Generated raw data, analyzed root causes, issues, and identified trends and communicated them through various mediums (PowerPoint, Excel, Graphs). • Reviewed and monitored dormant contract line items, through audits of expiring and canceling funds. Audits recorded and validated all obligation information through SABRS and COBRA reports; validated correct invoicing against obligations through the use of WAWF data; and lastly, validated liquidations against obligations using SDW in order to understand exactly why a line item has a ULO. This data was then provided to program offices and contracting officers for action. • Assisted with Tri-Annual Reviews (TAR) and Statement of Budgetary Resources (SBR) audits to ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). • Assisted with commands Inflow and Outflow reports (I/O) to ensure validity of data, compiled into presentation binders and distributed to the commands leadership.
