Management of day-to-day operations of Heritage Plaza, a 1,150,000 square foot Class A commercial office property. Daily activities included management and supervision of all engineering, cleaning, repairs, construction, security, and bookkeeping activities. Responsibilities also included tenant relations, investor/owner relations, budget preparation, financial reporting, leasing, and contract administration.
