Management of day-to-day operations of Reliant Energy Plaza, an 830,000 square foot Class A commercial office property. Daily activities included management and supervision of all operations including engineering, janitorial, R&M, construction, and security. Responsibilities also included tenant relations, investor/owner relations, budget preparation, financial reporting, and contract administration.
