Management of a portfolio of buildings in the River Oaks and Southwest areas of Houston, including 3355 W. Alabama and Southwest Center. Direct responsibility for the management and supervision of all operations including engineering, janitorial, R&M, construction, security, and bookkeeping activities. Responsibilities also included tenant relations, investor/owner relations, budget preparation, financial reporting, leasing, and contract administration.
