Daily Duties at Metro National:
Management of a 1,900,000 square foot portfolio of commercial office buildings and medical office buildings in the Memorial City area. Direct responsibility for three Property Managers, the Director of Operations, the Director of Security and all associated support office staff. Also responsible for the management and supervision of all operations including engineering, janitorial, R&M, security and all construction related activities within the portfolio. Responsibilities also include tenant relations, budget preparation, financial reporting and contract administration.
