Daily Duties at Employment Enterprises, Inc:
Member of the Strategic Management Team Daily supervision of 10 staff members that consisted of payroll and accounting personnel. Planning and upgrading systems to sustain growth and meet the needs of customers and employees. Participated in all phases pertaining to Human Resources to include benefits, workers compensation and cost containment and regulatory compliance. Represented company at personnel related hearings and investigations.
