Led 60 + software development and software QA team to develop the software for digital set-top boxes and high-end plasma TV, including 5 -7 of direct report of directors and senior managers. Supervised the concurrent development of 3 or more of multiple product lines and had responsibilities to assign the development roadmap / milestone of the products, and reviewed the progress. Reported to president.
