Oversaw a 14+ software integration and QA team in three (2 US and Japan) locations, including 4 direct reports, and managed over $2 millions of development budget. Drove planning and scheduling of product development, integration and QA process for multiple product lines, and established Plan of Record (POR). Identified the resource requirements and dependencies with each resource including 3rd parties (application provider, middleware partner, silicon and system partners). Reviewed the progress of development, integration and QA process and managed changes in POR to address the risks and countermeasure. Planned, coordinated and executed the product certification process across all relevant parties. Analyzed US Cable market trends and distilled product requirements and made recommendations both for the existing product lines as well as the next three years of product portfolios, specifications and features based on the analysis of current products line.
