Daily Duties at Trw Automotive:
: I was responsible for manufacturing Rotors and Hubs by placing raw castings into a Kitako CNC Lathe. Each part was manufactured in accordance to ANSI and QS9000/9001 standards. I was required to maintain a close visual inspection of each part using the required measuring tooling, height gauges, calipers, micrometers and blue prints. Other related duties included running CNC ENSHU CROSS DRILL, DOUBLE DISK GRINDER, MULTISPINDLE DRILL, STATIC BALANCER and supervising small work crews. I also took Introduction to Welding classes and training with the Mig Welder. I was awarded certificates for Machining, Welding, Blue Print Reading and training with Windows Office. Other miscellaneous duties included, Inventory Control, Quality Control, First/Last Article Inspection and Machine Set-up.
