Daily Duties at Jacobs Engineering:
• Close outs of all Subcontracts and PO’s issued, when the project has been completed. Direct contact with Construction and Project Engineers. • Maintained all insurance certificates. • Supported Subcontract Administrators with documentation; including, creating executed letters, revisions and distribution to vendors. • Assisted accounting in payments for Subcontractors and PO’s issued. • Process and sort all incoming mail • Enter all invoice’s data into Microsoft Access • Accrual of tax and freight to every invoice then voucher • Pull copies of Purchase Order’s and Contracts from Network Drive • Run Exception Reports, and follow all invoices through approval with the report
