Daily Duties at Rentech, Inc.:
• Supervising central warehouse operations, including traffic management, distribution, and reorder for restocking in Oracle System • Implemented safety guidelines & adhered to all safety requirements per OSHA regulations on a daily basis. • Analyze & Designed solutions for implementation of SCM. • Shipped/Received Hazardous Material frequently, per CFR49 & IATA Certification • Coordinated the Organization and development of the offsite warehouse, consisting of Materials Management & handling of all Major Units. • Sustained accurate changes, day to day, for Inventory of Material/Equipment in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet based on Min/Max Levels • Process returns of material that came in damaged and/or incorrect. • Load/unloading of trucks with Forklift • Input all PO’s created by Purchasing into PO Expediting Report & removed all PO’s that have Material/Equipment received. • Receive all Packing slips in Oracle System • Create expense reports for Supervisor • Order Material needed for construction and spares though Oracle System • Communicate with Vendors on a day to day basis for Ordering Varied types of material, and set delivery dates.
