• Performed global analysis of Histone H4 Lysine 20 and Histone H3 Lysine 9 methylation patterns as biomarker for breast cancer progression in cell line model • Developed, characterized, validated and utilized histone modification specific antibodies for laboratory use and commercial (distributed by Active Motif) • Engineered and validated 13 expression vectors containing target protein fused to modifying enzyme for eukaryotic expression • Developed and validated a novel approach to identify histone modification specific binding proteins in vivo (published in PNAS)
