Daily Duties at Itelligence Inc:
Supply Chain Consultant supporting Clients who are considering implementing or who have implemented the SAP Supply Network Collabration module. Provide expertise in the planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support for a client interested in SAP SNC (Supplier or Vendor). Provide Post go-live support for issues rising from an SAP SNC implementation. This includes analysis of any module issues and determining a course of action or creating an OSS message to SAP Support to further diagnose and correct any software related problems. Analyze and determine the cause for any Integration issues in XML messages that are causing transaction data issues. Provide support to a different Descrete Manufacturing client as the Service Delivery Manager. This includes daily Solution Manager ticket analysis, assiging the support tickets to the correct resource and follwup with the resource to the successful issue resolution. Provide monthly support hours to the client and assure the hours are in line with the client's budgeted monthly hours. Lead bi-weekly client status meetings to maintain the support service levels as agreed upon by the client. Conduct semi annual Business reviews with the client CFO, CIO, Business and IT Directors. These meeting review the past Support accomplishments, ongoing support hours and going forward strategies for future projects.
