Responsible for coordinating sale and transfer of Company’s customer base to respective Regional Bell Operating Companies after elimination of impairment under Telecommunication Deregulation Act of 1996, and disposition of capital equipment. Lead staff off four including customer service, tax compliance, regulatory affairs, and procurement functional areas.
