Daily Duties at Ibm Wtc:

System Engineer, Product Manager & Distribution/Channels Marketing Specialist Started as a Product Manager and National Language Support Coordinator, then advanced to the Business Partners Organization and developing new channels/partnerships for IBM. Expanded IBM business through the existing sales channels comprised of Distributors, Dealers, Agents, Resellers and Solutions Providers. Provided Technical, Sales and Marketing support to help channels/partners increase revenue from IBM products. Planned and implemented strategies in the marketplace for new software applications. • Product Manager for an IBM Legal application. The first locally produced IBM software. • Introduced the leasing concept to IBM as a tool to finance IBM and Channels’ transactions. • Succeeded in developing new IBM Business Partners in new areas: Solution Providers selling PC Servers, AS400 servers and Main Frames transforming some local competitors into Business Partners. • Assigned as Support for a solution provider (Noor ISP) as an ASP & Hosting Product Manager. • Finalized a deal with a social development Bank to sell IBM IT solutions to SME's and entrepreneurs on credit terms and to finance IBM open distribution products.
