Daily Duties at Vodafone:

Charged with the introduction of new mobile data solutions to the corporate market, I defined and planned the roadmap for GSM/GPRS Products & Services, developing concepts, specifications, pricing models, business cases and marketing strategies. Worked with various stakeholders to analyze and develop opportunities and offerings. Continuously analyzed the enterprise market to ensure Vodafone Corporate offerings competitiveness. Assisted & trained Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Technical teams to understand the new mobile enterprise solutions and designed programs for customer satisfaction and sales increment. Presales activities such as presentations and demos to key enterprise clients as well as government, police, secret services and army officers. • Introduced the concept of working with GSM business partners and solution providers as a mean of expanding mobile data/M2M/telematics mobile solutions business in the mobile market. • Successfully launched five new GSM mobile products and services in eight months. • Doubled GSM data and fax traffic through value-added services and mobile solutions (for prepaid/postpaid subscribers) such as mobile faxing, WAP/data and mobile email services. • Successfully launched the Vodafone Mobile Connect Card service as part of the Mobile Office global initiative. Mobile Connect won the best GPRS Corporate Solution at the Cannes GSM 2004 conference.
