Managed and verified that all sub-system journal entries were posted to the General Ledger. Assisted with sales, use, and personal property tax returns as well as other regulatory filings. Ensured proper recording and maintaining fixed asset and depreciation schedules. Ensured lease administration functions were performed timely. This included all landlord payments, deferred and percentage rent.
