Daily Duties at Stone Container Corporation:

- Coordinated all vendor activities for the installation of TELCO circuits for new data centers, (Paper Mills) to the Network Control Center located in Downtown Chicago. - Responsible for dotted line management of a technical staff of 7 engineers for a 24 X 7 Network Operations Center/Help Desk for all remote locations within the US as well as technical support lead for all data and voice related issues/tickets open by the field.
