Negotiated leases for 1.5 million SFT of retail space in a team of 5 people for both vanilla and anchor store tenants paying attention that the lease terms meet the financial targets for the projects Handled sales of pre-leased space to investors to ensure a fixed return to investors Interacted with lawyers to create and edit lease agreements for vanilla and anchor stores, according to the terms negotiated Handled pre-development analysis for 750 acres of existing land parcels including financial analysis, feasibility study, market research studies Managed all marketing efforts for the projects assigned including scheduling broker events, preparation of marketing brochures and other marketing materials Evaluated potential investments in new markets, developed entry strategy for new markets, conducted feasibility analysis for new projects and subsequent preparation of reports with findings and recommendations for senior management Part of the full business value chain for new and existing land parcels looking into land acquisitions, highest and best use analysis, sales strategy, marketing and finance
