Daily Duties at Haliburton (Nus):

Manage and Supervise staff of five microwave engineers and two CAD engineers. Responsible for the management of the contract entered between Haliburton (NUS) and 'Commonwealth Edison Electric Company' for all phases of site development, ‘Cradle to Grave’ for analog to digital upgrade for 87 point to point and point to multi-point terrestrial microwave links for existing and new builds for monitoring electrical substation telemetry systems. Developed subcontractor contracts including ‘Request for Proposals’ for all phases of 'Engineering, Furnish and Install' services per the contract. Budget authority for all equipment required for site build-outs including subcontractor selection. Represent the company on behalf of Commonwealth Edison for any Zoning, Planning, and Public Hearings, as well as FCC/FAA filings for frequencies. Deliver and verify updated or new blueprints and final CAD drawings for customer sign off. Create project schedules for analog to digital terrestrial microwave migration.
