Daily Duties at Road Runner Llc (A Time Warner Company):

Manage the continuous deployment and ongoing support of the pre-DOCSIS Motorola (Legacy) hardware and software, including the final decommissioning of the (Legacy) hardware in the Time Warner Cable footprint. Wrote the documentation required for Motorola Cable Router configuration and Software OS Upgrades. Conducted weekly calls and quarterly reviews with vendors to review defects found in production and Quality Assurance, which resulted in direct engagement of the vendor software development team in prioritizing bug fixes for maintenance and major releases of software. Facilitated risk analysis reviews of new code with Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance and the TWC Divisions to determine severity of defects at the customer experience level. Developed project plans/schedules for testing new hardware or software to remedy defects found in production for the (Legacy) equipment. Created the migration strategy from LEGACY to DOCSIS, and developed the project schedules/plans for the Time Warner Divisions for migration to DOCSIS.
