Daily Duties at Care Fusion:
Managed a team of two (2) Project Managers and eight (8) Product Implementation team members to implement and upgrade automated medication dispensing systems. Managed career development of team members. Teamed with Sales to identify new opportunities and coordinate revenue projections (>$12m), resource scheduling, and post go-live support. Lead conflict resolution efforts between customer and appropriate personnel. Forecasted and managed operating budget of territory ($1.2m).
