Daily Duties at Healix Infusion Therapy, Inc.:

 Design, implement, and support the Healix LAN and WAN environment comprising of remotes sites nationwide  Serve as escalation point for network and security issues as issues relating to desktops, workstations, and laptops  Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents while properly maintaining documentation and quality customer service standards  Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for routine and complex user problems  Configure and maintain all IT systems and network infrastructure to ensure service delivery, functionality, and performance  Log all incoming calls in the Track IT database and provide tier 1 phone support, tier 2 problem determination, tier 3 physical dispatch, and tier 4 service level, 0 day resolution  Perform remote troubleshooting through Desktop connection Applications:  Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection services  Symantec PC anywhere remote connection services  Client Side configuration of Cisco VPN connections.  Design, implementation and support of remote sites and the IT infrastructure I. Coordinate with the client to align needs with the designing, planning, scheduling, and implementation of the IT infrastructure II. Coordinate with vendors for products and services including Cisco routers, wireless access points, computer hardware and software, peripherals, network connectivity, cabling, etc... III. Deployed network devices – Cisco based broadband routers and Cisco wireless access points IV. Conducted remote troubleshooting of LAN/WAN devices via telnet and remote console. V. Design and implement service monitors to detect and notify of service degradation or interruption VI. Design and configure computers and network devices to allow remote management and minimal client interaction
