Daily Duties at Timegate Studios:
Provide primary network support for 100+ users. Communicated with clients via phone and email. All goals were met by utilizing an internal ticket and task tracking system built on Bugzilla. Deployed and monitored Cisco Switching LAN environment providing segmented Ethernet edge network access to a larger Fiber based Core network. Deployed and managed 20+ Virtual Servers utilizing Vmware ESX version 3.5 for varying implementations; Centralized file servers, SFTP services, and distributed game development server farms.
