Daily Duties at The Aldridge Company:
Served as Point of escalation for Tier 1 Support Services desk. Provided Desktop, Server System, and Network System support for the 400 customer base of Aldridge managed services business model. Daily interactions with customer technology systems including, XenApp 6.5, Exchange 2010, Cisco ASA Firewall, HP Procurve switches, SonicWall Firewall, WatchGuard Firebox, Experience with Customer relation, ticketing, and workflows within ConnectWise system. Hosted Customer environments through ESX Vcenter to provide dedicated cloud services.
