Daily Duties at Progressive Insurance:
Managed QA Team (14 FTE) accountable for manual and automated functional testing of legacy systems as well as new development of client/server and web applications. Developed inaugural Performance Test program and personally developed test scripts for new web based policy-processing system. Responsible for directing testing efforts for 30 - 45 concurrent projects, designing test strategies and all reporting. Collaborated with development, business analyst, and business stakeholders.
