Daily Duties at Pemco Insurance:
Direct leadership of large US/India QA team (100+ FTE). Responsible for designing test strategies for mainframe, client/server and web applications. Introduced first use of IT outsourcing leveraging onsite/offshore model leading to successful, on-time implementation of end-to-end insurance processing system with 99% confidence level. Developed robust Test Automation program with 75% regression test case coverage. Introduced company's first Performance Test program. Utilized Quality Center and full suite of Mercury/HP testing tools. Responsible for all test planning and reporting in addition to annual operating budget ($2M), Vendor Management and contract negotiations.
