Daily Duties at The Hartford:
Brought into role to deliver strategic sourcing consultation and oversight of existing IT outsourcing contracts ($150M+ annually) and negotiate contract terms and pricing of new contracts for Chief Technology Office. Prepare and review statements of work and service level agreements. Manage vendor relationships and partner with cross-functional groups such as legal and business stakeholders. Provide market scans and industry research. Drive RFI/RFP process for new initiatives. Program Management of sourcing transitions for business-critical enterprise functions.
