Daily Duties at Marvel Industries :

Analyze demand trends and forecast for assigned product groups. Includes pulling data from multiple sources (MRP, Customer sources, etc). Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and operations to produce SKU level demand forecasts and customer requested stock levels. Support new product launch. Participate in and lead cross-functional teams to support launch and conversion initiatives which relate to product supply and inventory, and plant production manning. Provide reports and analysis for marketing and supply chain, backorder monitoring, last-call forecasts and any ad hoc request. Manage inventory reserves. Develop a daily manufacturing production schedules for multiple customers. Job shop, special orders and high volume products. Responsibilities included daily Production entry, monthly finished goods cycle counts and weekly work-order and WIP evaluations.
