Daily Duties at The Permanente Medical Group:
Provided care individually for patients while working directly with the clinical team to minimize the risk of patient recidivism to in-patient hospitalization. Worked with clients and families educating on disease process and medication (desired and side-effects) to facilitate an understanding and promote a supportive domestic environment; responsible for phone-triage, crisis intervention, and admitting patients in acute psychiatric crisis; provided medication consultations for medical health providers.
