Daily Duties at American Tower Corporation:
Manage and oversee numerous wireless carrier construction projects, including new tower builds and existing equipment upgrades. Projects include AT&T LTE, Sprint Network Vision, Verizon LTE, and other major enhancements. Lead weekly conference calls with customers, and build milestone reports on large-scale projects. Negotiate lease terms and rates with legal teams, resulting in the execution of agreements. Forecast projected quarterly revenue earnings to upper management. Responsible for achieving specific financial goals in commenced revenue, which has a direct impact on corporate budgeting. Facilitate the delivery of projects under strict timelines. Resolve issues that arise during application approval, engineering, lease drafting, lease execution, zoning and permitting, Notices To Proceed, and installation. Review construction drawings and engineering structurals. Build, maintain and foster strong customer relationships through superior communication and customer service skills.
