Daily Duties at Discover Financial Services:
Lead and developed team to satisfy business requirements and the needs of the technical team. Worked closely with marketing and operations business partners to identify and implement business requirements and specifications. Led team of developers to develop a complex prototype of PC-to-Mainframe DB2 communication using Java and WebSphere. Worked on simulating the communication process between the browser and the application server through CICS. Used WebSphere application server for implementing session tracking and business logic systems. Designed major object-oriented diagrams such as UML class diagram and use case diagram, as well as the new web-site map of the system.
