Daily Duties at Callaway Golf Company:
Partnered with the Corporate Compliance Manager in directing the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 IT compliance efforts, providing leadership and expertise related to general computer and application controls (SAP ERP, Sales Systems, Payroll Systems and HR Systems). Scope the IT SOX environment and assess the risk of the global IT SOX effort. Provided guidance in the development of documentation and testing standards; managed and performed required testing of general computer and application controls; administered the development of remediation plans to address IT deficiencies, and coordinated the execution of quarterly SOX 404 process owner certifications related to Information Technology.
