Daily Duties at Genoptix Medical Laboratory:
Assist the Corporate Compliance Department in performing biopharmaceutical audits for the FDA, including CLIA/CAP licensing requirements and other federally mandated specialties. Developed and implemented HIPAA awareness monitoring program using the zix email monitoring process to search out potential HIPAA violations and reporting. Cooperated with the Director of SEC Reporting in building and maintaining the Information Technology (IT) Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) program, and developed a sustainable on-going monitoring process to ensure key control awareness and effectiveness throughout the organization. Collaborate organizationally towards implementing the FDA Quality System Regulation (QSR), supporting the organization’s Pre-Market Approval (PMA) for a companion-diagnostic laboratory assay.
