Daily Duties at Entone, Inc.:
Accountable for the financial, administrative, and risk management of the company. Assess organizational performance against the annual budget. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the financial reporting and financial planning functions and establish policies and controls to safeguard the assets of the Company including a wholly owned foreign subsidiary. Prepare and maintain regular financial reports, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting. Manage the company’s ERP System. Develop and manage accounting staff Coordinate Audits and proper filing of all compliance reporting for corporate federal and state income tax returns, sales and use tax, and business property tax returns. Oversee daily cash management, cash forecasting, approve payables, execute check signing and wire transfers. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. Manage all of the company’s liabilities; arrange for debt financing. Establish and manage banking relationships. Manage the company’s real estate affairs consisting negotiation of leases or lease renewals, oversee planning process for space modifications and negotiate with contractor to provide build-out of the leasehold improvement plan. Manage logistics of relocation.
