Daily Duties at Lincoln Financial Group:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of a premium processing team, including payment posting, account reconciliation, commissions and tax services • Translate strategy into high-performance goals, combining urgency and a bias for action with appropriate levels of planning. • Successfully assess and address escalated customer issues through resolution, coordinating with other groups as needed. Utilize escalated situations as a method to train and develop teammates. Perform root-cause analysis to identify potential recurring issues and implement solutions. • Identify gaps in existing policies and procedures; develop, implement, and enforce new policies and procedures to meet superior quality objectives. • Assume financial responsibility and ownership for team budget. Pursue opportunities to drive down unit costs (for example leverage, simplify, or segment work in particular functions to enable components of the work to move to a lower function).
