Daily Duties at Bank Of America Corp.:

Develop and implement strategies for retaining and expanding commercial, small business and consumer relationships. Directly responsible for prospecting, selling and servicing new customers as well as existing customers in the commercial, small business and consumer markets. Ensures quality customer service to maintain and improve the customer relationship. Identifies and executes cross-sale opportunities, anticipates customer’s short, mid & long range financial needs, provides solutions and recommendations to resolve customer issues to enhance the overall customer experience. Assists in underwriting procedures for commercial, small business and consumer loans.
