Daily Duties at Lumos And Associates:
My duties included administering all planning projects, including supervising all planning personnel, coordinating environmental assessments for property acquisitions and negotiated easements; reviewing development proposals and applications for compliance with appropriate regulations. I directed the planning activities for Lumos in Nevada and California. Additional responsibilities included site feasibility studies, revitalization analysis and strategies, master planning, project planning, public presentations, community involvement programs, land development applications, site design and permitting/application processes.
