Daily Duties at Wade Development Company:

Originally hired as a Senior Project Manager for Wade Development in 2004, in May 2010 the partners of Wade Development Company promoted me to Vice President of Projects and also formed Wade Consulting Group, LLC, a government advocacy and general consulting company with a very diverse client base including companies involved in renewable energy, security surveillance systems, computers, anaerobic digesters, etc… As Vice President of Projects, I assumed even greater responsibilities assisting clients with marketing plans, growth development, grant applications and loan procurement, as well as coordinating meetings for clients with private companies and public agencies. Still responsible for all company planning, project coordination, management, construction administration, permit preparation, code compliance, communication and coordination with public and private entities for all company projects, this increased role in the company added to my responsiblities and duties. I took a much larger role in the marketing of property, annual budgets and key decesion making on projects. Perform all activities for land development applications, entitlements, permits and administration for the development projects. Maintain and coordinate permitting for the company’s 8,000 acre feet of water rights in four counties. Oversee the consultant teams of civil, environmental, and water consultants on all company land holdings including monitoring water permits (usage and pumping). Responsible for administering major projects and overseeing consultant teams of civil, environmental, traffic and other engineering disciplines for all master planned community projects. I am also responsible for all master planning activities for the company’s five master planned communities totaling 15,000 acres. Represent Wade Development at all public hearings, present project material and field questions from various boards, councils and commissions
